How can I make a booking?
You can make an online booking through our website or contact us via WhatsApp. Simply select your route, date and time, and fill in the form.
Are prices per person?
No, our prices are per vehicle. A single price applies for up to the specified vehicle capacity.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. In case of a delay, our driver will wait for you at the airport. No extra charge is applied.
How can I pay?
You can pay the driver after the transfer in cash (TRY, GBP, USD, EUR) or by credit card.
Are child seats available?
Yes, we provide free child seats. Simply mention it in the special notes section when making your booking.
Is there an extra charge for night transfers?
No, we apply fixed prices 24/7. No extra charges for night or early morning transfers.
Which airports do you transfer from?
We primarily operate from Dalaman Airport (DLM), but also offer transfers from Antalya Airport (AYT) to selected destinations.
How long does the transfer take?
Transfer times vary by route. Dalaman to Fethiye is approximately 45 minutes, Dalaman to Marmaris is approximately 1.5 hours.
Can I travel with pets?
Yes, you can travel with your pets. Please let us know when making your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before cannot be refunded.
Is there a luggage limit?
Each passenger can bring 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Please let us know in advance if you have extra luggage.
Do the vehicles have air conditioning?
Yes, all our vehicles have air conditioning. Our vehicles are regularly serviced for a comfortable journey.
How will the driver find me?
Our driver will meet you at the airport exit with a sign displaying your name.
Do you offer group transfers?
Yes, we offer group transfers for up to 14 people. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple vehicles.
